We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the product’s receipt,
provided the items are unused and in new condition. Alternatively, we are pleased to
offer store credit for you to explore and purchase something else from our shop. Please
note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with
returns and exchanges.

Disclaimer + Warranty: While our products are crafted to endure, it’s essential to note
that they are not indestructible.
Covered by our warranty are instances such as:
- Hardware or assembly defects
- Sewing breakage
- Malfunctioning bandana snaps
Not covered by our warranty are situations like:
- Damages caused by pet biting or chewing on the accessory
- Product misuse or natural wear over time with use
Should you have a replacement request, please reach out to us at
contact@spotnknot.com, attaching a few pictures of your product and mentioning your
order number. Please be aware that shipping costs for returns will be the customer’s
responsibility
For leash or collar replacements, we’ll provide you with a 25% off discount code to order
a replacement. It’s important to note that we reserve the right to assess product
eligibility for replacement.
